Mission Partnership with Ozark Outpost Center
At OOC, our mission is to train and deploy workers as quickly and effectively as possible. Through our growing network of skilled lay workers and partnering ministries, we have the potential to provide training in virtually any field of service. Our design is simple: to resource and equip workers in both practical skills and spiritual readiness so they can step into their calling without unnecessary delays.
Training Location
Host student volunteers at your ministry for hands-on learning and real-world experience.
Guest Instructor
Send a teacher, leader, or skilled worker to share practical training or spiritual insights with our students.
Worker Training
Send one of your team members to OOC for specialized training, equipping them with practical skills and spiritual preparation to strengthen your ministry.
Priority Recommendations
As a mission partner, your ministry will be among the first we recommend to our students when they are ready to step into the field.
πͺ Booth Guidelines
Booths are a vital way to connect with participants, share your mission, and inspire young people to discover where God is calling them.
π οΈ Booth Setup & Space
- Each ministry gets a space for a small table (4β6 ft long, 2β2.5 ft wide).
- Bring your own table or request one from us (limited supply, small rental fee).
- Please keep displays within your space for accessibility.
π¨ Display Guidelines
- No tacking/taping/pinning items to walls.
- Bring your own banner stand or tabletop display if needed.
- Table coverings, decorations, and signage encouraged for branding.
π€ Purpose of Booths
- Connect with attendees by sharing your ministry's story and opportunities.
- Booths aren't primarily for selling, but selling is allowed.
- On Sabbath, booths are for fellowship and information only (no sales).
β° Availability & Times
- Booths open during scheduled booth times and registration.
- Have a representative present to maximize engagement.
π₯ Meals
All meals are plant-based.
Breakfast, lunch, and light supper are available for $5 each.
Your registration fee does not include meals. Meal tickets for the weekend can be purchased separately during the registration process.
Gluten-free options are available upon request (+$1 per meal).
Housing Options
Bring Your Own Bedding
On-campus shared rooms, showers available.
Bring your own cot and sleeping bag.
$15 for the entire 3 days.
Private Rooms
Limited availability, max occupancy 2β3.
$65 for the entire 3 days.
(Bathrooms are still shared)
Other Options
Hotels and SDA churches (15β45 min radius) available for self-arranged stays.
